    Hi everyone,

I’m struggling right now and need your help!

I have recently started an Instagram account and can’t seem to get it growing

I feel like I’ve done anything right without success…

    – Easy and catchy profile name

    – Nice logo

    – Funny description

    – Daily posting without being spammy

    – Short and catchy captions

    – Visually appealing photos (with author credit)

    – I use trending hashtags

What am I doing wrong? Or what else can I do to get this account off the ground?!

    Please help me grow 🙂

Are you following related pages? Following the people that like those pages? I see a lot of posting but no engagement. Remember these are community websites first, promotional websites second.

Interact with people that like pages similar to your own, and they’ll check you out.

You can’t assume people will see your profile, follow you and interact with you. You have to be the spark that starts the relationship (to be corny yet also accurate).

Wow… I’m not doing any of this. I’m just dictating, but not engaging. Thank you.

    – Use Gary Vee’s $1.80 method (google it) – It’s about interaction, not money, if you’re wondering

    – Attract people by posting their content and tagging them. They’ll appreciate the share and follow you back (more often than not.

    – Like other peoples comments

    – Ask questions on your pictures (using subtitles) to spark conversation and then participate in it.

    – Post when people are not busy (early hours or evening are best).

    – Collaborate and start content exchanges with related profiles

It’s all about community as Lockie said and right now I feel like you’re not engaging with your community or the broader community at all.

I like Gary Vee, I’ll look into that method.

And you and Lockie are both right. I need to engage more. With my followers and other accounts in the same niche.
